Welcome to the City of Houston Water/Wastewater Online Payment and Presentment Center

The Department of Public Works and Engineering, Utility Customer Service, is
pleased to offer online bill payment and account management options. You now have
the ability to pay your Water/Wastewater bill online any time; from anywhere you
have internet access. All you need is your water account number(s) to pay your bill
using Quick Pay. It’s fast, easy and convenient.
You can also take advantage of other options by registering using the Create Online
Profile link.
