The Department of Public Works and Engineering, Utility Customer Service, is pleased to offer online bill payment and account management options. You now have the ability to pay your Water/Wastewater bill online any time; from anywhere you have internet access. All you need is your water account number(s) to pay your bill using Quick Pay. It’s fast, easy and convenient.
