Please email taptechs@houstontx.gov for inquiries regarding application status or deposits. Your application will need to be approved, the required deposit paid, and you have received a WNS number before you can request delivery of the Transient Meter. (Please be advised that the Representative is accepting responsibility for the terms of the Rental Agreement and any unauthorized use of the Transient Meter.)
